Part Replacement Help

I was looking at pelican parts for a water hose that's attached to the throttle housing and connects to the cylinder head, but can't tell if this is the part. It looks like it, but it's not described at all, can anyone help me out?

It's called "Throttle Housing Small Hose" part number 13-54-1-719-967-M2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
