    HVAC/Blower motor not working sometimes?

Having issues with the HVAC panel in my 1985 325e sedan, the blower motor stopped working, so i took it apart and it tested fine. Even ran fine when i plugged it back in and turned the key to position 2 without starting car. When i buttoned it all back up, went inside the car, bam, nothing HVAC works, like it was in the beginning.

    TLDR:

    HVAC completely unworking,
    no ac/recirculate button function,
    no heat knob function,
    no fan knob function.

but fan worked and functions all work intermittently.

Is there a ground somewhere that could be loose?

Did you try all 4 speed settings?

If you're getting blow on 4, it's your resistor pack.

Not my first rodeo, its not the resistor. The entire HVAC panel occasionally stops working, meaning no functions work, fan/ac/etc

When something like this happens, it is generally because one of the grounds is momentarily disconnected.

Bad ground , bad fuse, or bad connections to the HVAC panel.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
