Different Window Trim ?

Hey whats up R3v I was wondering if anyone else has different rear window trims like this ?
I think the previous owner had switch them or do you think they are originally like this ?



Here is the right rear window trim



And here is the left rear window trim



Also do you guys think it'll affect water from getting in ?

The one on the left is from an early model which is why it's chrome instead of black. Or visa versa the right one is from a late model. I would assume it should still have a rubber boot like the right side.
