318is fuel pump options?

Anyone know if I can use a fuel pump from another e30 (325, m3, 318i) in a '91 318is? The parts diagram calls for a different fuel pump for the '91 318is but it costs more than the regular fuel pump that is used in all other e30s.

Can I use a pump from a regular e30?

The 318 pump is unique and not interchangable. The plumbing the return lines is different. The 318 has 2 hose hookups on top of the pump and the late 325 pump only has one.
