Ok so every once in a while my cel would come on. Blip the throttle to like 4k and it would go away. Now cel is on solid, nothing I do is making it go away. There is a nasty loss of power. I hit around 4500k and its like the motor is struggling to keep going like sputtering. When the cel is off it runs fine. Any ideas?

Probably an O2 Sensor.
What year is the car? If it has a 153 ECU (popular in 87/some of 88) then you have Motronic 1.1 and will have basic information. If you have a newer ECU, then you will get much more information out of the ECU.

Its a 89, I have 1.3, it doesn't throw cel codes @ all. O2 was changed 2 weeks ago, any other ideas?
