    Water leak

I have water pooling in the passenger footwell. Hasn't been raining or leaking anywhere that I know of. Possible heater core?

Soak some of it up with a clean paper towel. Then dip another clean paper towel in the coolant reservoir. If the two colors match, you know its coolant.

if its clear fluid its possible the AC drain is plugged/misrouted in the HVAC box (have you been running the AC during defrost?) AC will act as an air dryer and the resulting fluid has to be able to drain out, the drain is right under center and drops out of tunnel above transmission

No I haven't been using it to defrost. My ac pump doesn't have a belt on it atm. I will soak some up and see. Doesn't smell like antifreeze tho. I run mostly water anyways since it hardly ever freezes where I am at.

It's probably coming from the "elephant trunk" in the engine bay. Take this fitting off, clean it thoroughly and make sure there are no blockages. You should also pop off the wiper cover/grill thing and clean out the space behind it.

My elephant trunk looks to be removed.
