Pic: Door Film Looks Burned Near Window Motor. What's going on?

Hey guys, this is pretty self explanatory, but when I took off my door cards the plastic film behind them looks burned near the window motor, but it's on both sides. It's this normal or an issue?

Thanks. Are the motors burning out or something? The motors both work-a bit slow but they work

My guess would be the motor gets hot? See if you can find another car and check inside to compare

mine looks burned. but its more likely from dirt collected. Where do we get new door film?
