Here's the situation. Today, I left to go to work. And my car started up fine with no issues. But living in the north, we get snow and I got stuck with no help to get out. After about 10 minutes of trying to get my car unstuck, I called my boss and told them I was going to be late. Long story short, she told me not to come in so I shut my car off. As soon as I did, a neighbor cam out and asked if I needed help. So when I tried to start it back up within the minute or two of being off, my car would would not start and would not crank. I checked the belts and all were fine. I haven't been able to jump it yet but I want to try to figure out was caused this.

No cranking is an indication of an electrical issue, or a bad starter. The first thing I would do is check the battery for 12v with a DMM. If you've got 12v DC I would move to the starter fuse with a test light. If it's good, I would see if the starter is getting power with the test light.
It's going to be a little bit of luck and guessing and checking to start.
