Just finished up doing a rear wheel bearing job on the e30. Gave her a test drive and I'm getting what sounds like someone knocking on a door. Other forums say bad half shafts. I've inspected them and they seem fine other then having some left to right play when I do the "shake weight" motion. Could the bearings have been pressed in wrong? Any insight on the problem would be much appreciated. Side note the sound is consistent past maybe 10mph. Thanks
