Speedometer, odometer, and radio stop working at the same time

I was driving today and my wife push the radio button to start the radio. I noticed the speedometer and odometer sopped working. Radio didn't turn ont and the mpg gauge was not working accurately. We heard beep sounds for 5-10 minutes.
Does anyone knows what might be going on?

So I changed fuse 10, 12 and 21. And I figured out that it was the radio. I turned on the radio and it blew fuse 12 again.
Any idea why? The radio always worked fine.

Radio is stock. Never had a problem before.

May be touching something in the back ? Shorting it...

the back of the radio. I assumed a wiring issue. If something is touching the radio, or a wire or two may be tangled up that COULD potentially short it, and blow the fuse.

Hmm that's odd. I haven't touched the radio in a while. I will check though. Thanks
