1993 325i sedan NO POWER TO DME

Okay so not too long ago i purchased a 1993 325i with a M50b25tu for $700 and was told that the compression was no good on two cylinders and that it does not start. After getting the car I decided to double check the compression and it turns out it makes 150-160psi at every cylinder! Thinking that I scored on my purchase because of the clean interior, I try to diagnose why the car won't start, and I notice an aftermarket alarm under the driver kick panel, i start removing all wires and notice that there are some wires that go to the passenger side so i follow them and they tap into some wires that are for the EWS module(no EWS plugged in and it has red label DME), I proceeded to delete all alarm cables in hopes that it was an antitheft feature keeping the car from starting and try cranking but no luck. So the next thing I check is spark and it turns out there is none! I start testing everything and there is no power going anywhere for spark, I go to the DME plug and the solid red wire that should be hot is ground, DME connected or disconnected, I then check the main relay and there is no power going there as well(yes with the key in the run position) but there is power going to the distribution block in the bay on the passenger side and to the fuse box. I have also been noticing small electrical issues like the low beams not getting power, or the fact that all my relays seem to be blowing up, also i disconnected the battery for a minute and after I reconnected it the hazards were on but the button was not pressed, but that went after after i pressed the hazard button on then off again. the battery is installed correctly, so I am rally at a stand-still with this issue, can anyone help???
