Can anyone ID this part?

Two of these little guys sit at the base of the rear windshield on my M3. I think the bottom of the windshield rests on them. I cut into one when removing the rear windshield (M3 windshields are glued in) and am trying to find a replacement. Wasn't sure if all E30s have them, but the usual sources (RealOEM, ECS, etc) weren't any help. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

and only available in white now ,run the number in realoem and look at photo
