    Ground to pin..... Continuity?

Hey I'm working on a swap, and having an issues with no fuel no spark. I'm going though my Bentley and it says to ground pin 5 10 16 and 21(or somthing) and it will get continuity.

What does this mean? Haha I found that those pins are hot, but Im unclear what I should be looking for with that test.

    Thanks
