Swapped Dash wont start now??

Guys I need help!!! I just swapped out my dash for a clean and crackles one and now the car wont start, car is a 91 325 I also swapped the cluster for a fully functional one. My original cluster was motometer and the one I swapped in was VDO. All lights on the dash come on and the starter is getting power battery voltage is 12.5. had to leave to work so I could not dig into it anymore. I hooked everything back up the way I took it off, I am not a novice and actually this job was by no means hard for me. I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone or if anyone can point me in the right direction?? feel free to chime in no matter how silly it may seem. I also swapped back the original motometer cluster same issues....car does not turn over.

Ignition switch got a small crack in it during the install and took a crap wiggled it a bit and it fired up. Very happy it wasn't anything more.
