OBC Removal on early 87

How do you remove the OBC on an early 87 model without breaking the dash all up? I have an 88 and it has a trim piece around the outside you pop off and then 2 tabs to get the OBC out. This one doesn't have that. I heard something about screws that you have to remove from the back. If this is true, what type of screw driver do you need and how do you get to them from the back? Thanks

You have to pull the whole HVAC panel out, then the obc is screwed to it from the back. Pull the knobs off the sliders and pop out the little panel behind them. There are screws there to remove the panel.
