What is this wire next to the temp sensor?

I cant figure out what this wire goes to. It's (obviously) missing it's plug.

That round plug in the pic. looks like it connects to the front brake pad wear sensor.

The round plug goes to a temp pickup. The front brake sensor is connected properly.

I guess you are asking about the red(?) wire? What are the colors and is it 1 or 2 wires?

There are two plugs on the radiator? I definitely only plugged in one when i was doing the timing belt 2 weeks ago.

Here is a close up of the wire colors. one looks to be red/white, the other brown/yellow

Right now I have a early 325 so my sensors are near the top of the radiator, but I have two, my 87 and 86 had them near the bottom if I recall.

They're for the OBC alarm horn, if your car is so equipped.
