Storing car for 6mo. What to do?

So i'm going to be storing my car in my folk's garage while i'm in australia for 6 months. What's the best way to store these things? Should I just disconnect the battery or use a trickle charger? Is it important to use a fuel additive such as Sta-Bil? What about running it once a month or so to keep the seals lubed up? Any experience is appreciated. Thanks guys!

    Exterior
Wash and wax, then cover with good automotive cover

    Interior
close all vents, vacumn out interior, and leave dryer sheets to make it smell good. and keep rodents out

    Fuel
fill, but not to top add STABIL. drive around a little to circulate additive,

    Brakes
do not set hand brake as the shoes can, and probably will seize. Perfect time for fluid change!!

all I can think of right now.

As far as batteries go get a battery tender or battery manager. Unlike tirckle chargers they will not always charge, they actualy monitor the level of charge in the battery and only charge when the battery needs it. This prevents overcharging.

Also toss it up on jackstands so that you don't develop a flat spot on the tires.
