Do they fit fine up front for you? That is my area of concern because My arches are high on back (pre-88) and my car is already tall since it isnt lowered much (1.5"). Height at which she currently sits: http://photos.imageevent.com/rstewart/body/1_nside.jpg
My 225s fit perfectly up front. My wheels are 25mm offset and the tires have never once rubbed. My car is pretty damn low, too. You shouldn't have any problems whatsoever as long as you have an offset between 20mm and 25mm. Jarvis also runs 225s front and rear on his 87' 325is and he has very minimal rubbing, but I think it is due to his higher offset, 27mm.
