Dinan chips...

Has anybody seen these ebay ads before? is this a real dinan chip? What's the deal.

I figured why not... but the thing with chips is that it's just a sticker over the chip... it could easily be a stock chip with a dinan sticker... that's why I'm wondering if it's legit...

what is so much better about the other chips?
as my car came with a dinan chip I have never driven it stock to see how much of a difference it makes. but it might be worth an upgrade if the markD chip is that much better. also the highest octane i can get here is 92, could that work with a 93 octane chip or would I get pinging?

This is true, I have a dinan chip in mine and I fill my car up with 94 octane every single time. Only the Petro-Canada company that has it but they have stations everywhere. Even when it was up to 128.9 cents/litre or whatever, I was still buying 94 octane...the things we do for our cars.

About the dinan chip, it makes my car fast enough for me.
