Driver side inside kick panel MOISTURE?!?

I noticed my Central Lock Relays keep getting fried. Two days ago I replaced it for the 4th time, (thank you pick n pull 50% off days lol)

I took off my kick panel speaker cover on the driver side and when I went to pull my central lock relay I noticed moisture on my wires? Not a puddle of water but moisture. All over my wires that connect to the driver side door, central lock relay, etc.

    ANY thoughts?
Bad door weather gasket? Window seal bad???
How does water moisture get INSIDE my driver side door kick panel????

IM RUNNING OUT OF CENTRAL LOCK RELAYS !! LOL

Sounds like a bad windshield seal to me.

My sister's car had this problem. The cause was the water drain under the hood, on the firewall, next to the battery tray. It is called an elephant trunk because that's what it looks like. The water that enters the vents near the windshield wipers is suppose to drain through this pipe. Crap like leafs and dirt will clog this drain and the water pools behind the speaker panels. My sister brought her car to me because her locks were possessed and locking/unlocking randomly several times a minute. I took the vents off and vacuumed out this area, unclogged the elephant trunk, drained a 1/2 gallon of water from behind the speaker panel, and I have not had this problem since.

I'm with Robdog, probably the cowl drains or maybe the sunroof (if you have one) drains are clogged. Pop off the windshield wipers, and take out the cowl vent covers and I'll bet you'll find a lot of junk in there.

Is the car parked under trees? If so, the clogged cowl vent is a high probability.
