    Speedometer problems

When accelerating, my speedometer goes to 0 mph, but when I let off, it jumps to my actual speed. What's with this?

You might want to check your speedo cable (if these cars have one)
I had a Blazer that had the same prob, changed the cable, and it was fine.

most likely a bad speed sensor, its bolted to the diff, i don;t know of any test for it, but that sounds like what is is.

*btw, our cars use a magnetic pulse sensor on the diff that senses a magnet spining around the ring gear in the diff, to obtain the correct speed.*
