How to run fuse #10 inline externally?

Hi there, had a huge wiring issue earlier this year with a 91 auto e30 sedan I bought. Here is the first thread when I asked for help...

    http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=354432

Since then, I pulled the fuse box and found x2 Green/White wires going in/out melted together under the fuse box. Now it seems to me that the terminal for fuse 10 is melted so badly that I don't believe it is pulling/sending power correctly.

My question is: How do I correctly run the x2 Grn/Wht wires EXTERNALLY without using the fuse box? I believe 1 wire goes from fuse 10 through the firewall to some junction box above the pedal assembly, the other from fuse 10 to the k7 relay.

Do I run the grn/wht wire from the firewall into one side of the 7.5 amp fuse, and the other grn/wht wire going to the k7 relay onto the other side of the fuse? OR how am I supposed to do this correctly?

Any comments or suggestions are appreciated

    Thanks
