Removing the Gas pedal...

Ok, is there any trick to removing the gas pedal? it looks as if on the top of the linkage the plastic pedal connect to the linkage through a round peice. IE on the pedal there is a circle, and on the linkage a cylinder...Any special trick to getting this to come apart?

Soo i guess noone knows how to take the gas pedal off.... *grabs a pair of pliers*

taking the cclip off on the top is easy, getting it out of the base is a bitch.

use a flathead and push the tabs in.

Thanks Jordan. I couldnt exaclty tell what was holding the top on, but a clip shouldn't be too hard.
