If i ever get a 323i head will that just be able to be put on to my block? I hear thats all you need to do.

To answer your question - yes. The 323i head is a more revvable top end, and somewhat better flowing if I remember correctly. You can use it on the 325e bottom end because it's based off the flat top piston design, as opposed to the later style domed design.
