Replacing body panels

Couple questions for you auto body experts. I have some rust on the driver side fender panel and the tail panel sorrounding the license plate lights. PO was a couple ass - bag and painted straight over the rust. It's a shit paint job at that. Is it better to buy a near fender/panel vs trying to stop and or fix rust?

Second questions. The rear panels are good, but the area under the bumper has been bumped and dented and filled. The crease near the black crinkle paint is no longer there iam assuming someone filled it due to a dent. This area also has some minor rust. Stupid question - will buying the rear panels and tail panel replace this piece or is that a separate piece all together?

Small hole in opposite side of battery tray. Obvious cracks in crease weld. Looks like a plug is missing from this area. On the batter side my car has a plug.


Any help from you experts of people who have tackled these problem areas would be awesome.

I was told by a local place that specializes in rust. That they did not want to do the project. He wanted jobs he could do in a day and get right out. I asked him to help treat the one area with the hole. That's the only one I see. My goal is to keep that from getting bigger. He said he wouldn't even do that. He turned me away.
