    Squeaking noise above 10mph

So i was driving in the rain today and was forced to stop really hard and swerve out of the way because of some guy stopping short on the highway, i slowed from about 50 to around 5 mph then i noticed thereafter i had this squealing above 10 miles an hour. It is not related to engine speed or whether the drivetrain is engaged i think so, because if i put it in neutral at any speed above 10 miles an hour the noise stays, or if i rev my engine at any speed the noise stays the same or makes no noise at 0 mph. This noise is related to how fast my wheels are moving im pretty sure cause i can hear the repetition of the squeal slow down as i slow down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

And heres a video of the noise at around 25 mph when its heard the most.

Edit: I drove it home about 5 miles and the noise was consistent, i now have my car parked waiting to see what ill need to replace.

Sounds like the brake pads are touching the rotors.
