How can I fix this issue? I have looked and cant see a way to get it back in their. What do I need to remove to get it back in that bushing?

Remove the heat shield bolts and slip it out from between the car and the exhaust.
Remove the csb bolts and let the driveshaft sag away from the car.
Reach up behind the carrier bushing piece that the skirt carrier should be in, and unbolt the bushing piece.
Slip the bushing (if it's still good) over the shift carrier, and push it towards the front of the car.
Raise the carrier and slide the bushing bracket piece back into position in its slot.
Reinstall the rear nut holding it in.
Replace your torn transmission and engine mounts that are bad that allowed your engine to move that far, pulling the carrier out of its bushing.

The only other way I can imagine this happening is the bitch clip falling out of the transmission boss, letting the carrier move free.
This would be amazing, solely because it's called the bitch clip for a reason. It is not easy to remove intentionally... So I can't imagine it falling out unintentionally.
