I'm Souping up my car and need some suggestions...

I've got a 325 Super-Eta and I'll be converting it over to a 325i. Here's the list of stuff I have alreay purchased to do the swap, and I'm open to additional suggestions of what to do:

    'i' intake manifold
    'i' throttle body
    m30 AFM
    K&N panel filter
    'i' camshaft
    Double Valvesprings
    'i' ECU
    MarkD chip
    19lb Ford Mustang injectors
    Magnaflow Exhaust
    Straight Piped Catalyitic Converter
    Complete Gasket Kit
    Various new hoses, etc

My questions are two fold: What would you expect my gain to be with these? (Super ETA has about 125hp stock)

Since I'll be taking my head into the shop to get the cam installed, what head work, if any should I do that would cost a reasonable amount? (And when we say "head" are we referring to the part of the engine that comes off containing the valves and camshaft?)

    Thanks!

If you're head is having work done, have them do the following:
    - Redo valve seats
    - Change out valve stem seals
    - Resurface the bottom - make sure it's flat
    - Check for cracks (they should do this by default)
    - You COULD have them do somethin like a 3 angle valve grind, but that's usually gettin up there in price.

The SuperEta is 127 hp stock. ;)

And, normally, the budget strokers will put out 170-180hp to the crank. Depends on a lot though. I'm hoping for around 180hp out of mine, since it's rebuilt.

Do you know if the bottom end stroke is the same as a 325i?
