There is a black plastic "blade" holding the pins in place.
Undo the clips from the top and it will pop right out.
Once the plastic bit is removed the individual pins can be removed via releasing their clip.
EDIT: Just realized you are talking about the aux box, not the main fuse box.
The aux fuse box has a black plastic "grid" holding the pins in place.
Simply remove it from the top side and the pins will be accessible.
