Do I need to be running rack spacers when I finally instal my e46 arms? Thanks for any input.

I'm talking about spacers that slide onto the tie rod. But what do you mean by ontop?

In between the steering rack and the subframe.
You mean the locking spacer for the tie rods?
Or are you trying to add a spacer to increase steering angle ?

Ya locking spacers. Sorry for the confusion. I'm just gathering all the info I can about the e46 control arm swap. I was just wondering if it is mandatory that locking spacers are used

It best to leave them on, then to lose a tie rod while driving

Ya, thinking about it getting even more angle with them is a plus. Now I gotta find someone who sells them. Thanks for your input.
