I have a 1990 BMW E30 4dr Sedan (M20). I am trying to diagnose an AC problem. I wanted to check the voltage going to the AC Compressor clutch, but I cannot figure out how to disconnect the connector.
The connector is C110 in the attached diagram (AC Compressor Controls Electrical Diagram.pdf).
I have two pictures of the connector ... One before I attempted to disconnect (AC Compressor Clutch Connector C110.pdg) and one after partially disconnecting one side (AC Compressor Clutch Connector C110 Partially Disconnected.pdf).
Many of my connectors are ready to crumble or break, so I have not forced anything to avoid busting the connector. This one seems to have a complicated latching mechanism on both sides, but I cannot find a diagram or instructions on the internet. I haven't been able to get a picture of the connector or cable either.
