something is wrong with my interior lights and my low beam light on the right side. my brake light works we i brake but wen i turn on the lights just to have them on, it doesnt. i tried changing the fuses and the low beam the the head light works but the fuse for all the lights for the right side just blows. i was told its shorting somewhere...ive been looking around but not quite sure where to look or what to look for. i havent seen anything unusual. i tried comparing it to the other lights but they look the same. any typical places where this kinda problem would happen? where i can check to see....anybody can help me out lmk, thanks!

Shorts mean that the wire insulation has rubbed off. Look at any places that the wires may rub on something or where they go through the firewall. Look in the Bentley to see the wiring diagram and to know what colors the wires are for the light. With the brake lights, did you try the bulbs? I am pretty sure that the lights that light up when you brake, only light up while braking. Also, try a new bulb holder, after you take the connection off and check the connection to see if the bulbs are even getting power.Originally posted by cabriodster87"Honey? What color is this wire?
