    Another ABS Removal Thread

I searched High and Low, and I cant seem to find an answer to my issue. I am in the process of removing everything ABS in my car. I have torn out the module, all the lines, etc. I plan on building a completely new braking system for my car, so none of it is needed.

Anyways, I was wondering if I cut all of the wires out at the INSIDE of the fuse box, will I have any issues? I assume no, but I want to make certain before I start snipping away at wires.

Crazy how times have changed. I was able to post on R3V's facebook page and get more responses than I did on here.

it was also only 47 minutes since you first posted? I would just cut those shits and delete the abs light. On my iS someone cut them at the wheels and nothing happened on the dash, but it could have been messed up.

If you are making new brake lines then just toss the computer and everything. There is a kit to connect the brake lines and bypass the computer but you shouldn't need it it sounds like.

Where is the abs computer at?

On mine I simply taped the wires back to the harness, well what was left of them. Not a fan of cutting stuff out unless necessary.
