havin some problems

ok, i changed my timing belt last night and since i dont have all the parts required to make my car run at the moment ive been taking my time putting the front of the engine back together, so i went to put the balancer back on and found out that the guide pin is bent AND 4 of 6 of the bolt holes are now fucked up. (yes i did this to them there is noone else to blame, im very pissed off) so my question is, what should i do, should i try to re tap the holes or what?


one more question. the replacement starter i got doesnt have the small wire off the top that i believe goes to the unloader relay. but my old starter has this terminal, i tried to switch the solenoids but the screws are rusted in, how should i wire it.

Does your starter have 2 posts or 3?

Can't help with the threads I don't think, but I think this previous thread may help with your starter.

problem solved, just retapped the threads, worked great, thanks for the help
