so should i bleed my clutch?

Hey guys, in my e30 i found the master was leaking alot and i replaced that and the slave. both where the highest quality i could get locally (i think FAG or FTE?)
neither was bench bled, but where installed like i have done 1000 other times in other bmws, but i noticed the pedal seemed to be releasing a lot higher than usual. but it seemed firm and i let it be.
the car sat for about a month and i drove it today to work and i rested my food on the clutch pedal in the parking lot and it went to the floor. I let up and pushed on it again and it was firm.
i got down and looked at it and found very randomly if i push the softly it wont build pressure and will go to the floor, but this only happens 1 out of 15 times.
But if i do firm hard presses and i haven't gotten it to the floor with out pressure.
Im thinking there is still air pockets in the system, any ideas?

I'm on my phone so I can't see that video but you could try that but
Maybe you have a small Leak that released pressure as you had your foot on the pedal..it's basically a straight line up from the clutch master cylinder, so the clutch will bleed it self as long as the reservoir is full, you just have to press the pedal alot.

That is typical of a master cylinder failure, normally on an old one but when pressing lightly on the pedal the fluid is passing by the cup/seal and the bore and the pedal will sink slowly and when pressing harder the pressure forces the lip to seal and function normally.

It could be a nick in the seal or a score in the cylinder bore, I would check into a warranty.

My post all assumes that there isn't a leak, the fluid does stay full?

Also just a note - the clutch will self bleed, there is a small hole to the reservoir that as the piston moves a small amount of fluid(with air if any) will be pushed back to the reservoir every push of the clutch. You can basically bleed it with short strokes of the clutch pedal and any air is the system will make it back to the reservoir.
