    Front Suspension Knock?

Just finished installing new control arms, sway links, and hard offset bushings. Getting to the tie rods this weekend. I noticed driving out of the shop that every left turn there is a hard knocking sound coming from where I was just working. Harder the turn, and faster I was going, the louder and harder it seemed to be, so I went back at retightened the ball joints bolts to torque specs, but the knocking continues. My tires already rub the sway bar on full lock. Any help would be much appreciated fellow e30 enthusiasts! :)

If you have a friend turn the wheel left and right while the car is off and you are close to the problem area, you should be able to hear or see something. You can hold the tie rod end as they turn back and forth and feel for any slop. Check the strut tube nuts and the strut top mounts and your front wheel bearings and your calipers to be sure everything is good and proper. Check to see that your springs are properly seated in the top and bottom detents and didn't rotate.
