85 american cluster into 85 euro? My cluster has 3 plugs but the harness only has 2. I just did odo gears and everything works besides the odo- still. Is it because it's missing a connection? Is the odo motor bad?

the third plug is for the OBC. If you don't have one you don't need it.

sounds like something went wrong with your odo install.

I think I just might not have driven far enough.. I tore everything back apart and all the connections look good. the gears spin the odo, BUT I was only watching the top number, not the bottom number, and I hadn't driven a mile lol my neighborhood is about a km hopefully that's it. Now that I am spinning the gears in my hand, it spins the bottom one then quickly does the top one

Yea I just didn't drive far enough.. It was broken for a bit though it stuck on the 2 of the lower section, a few hits of the plastic and it started again, weird.
