    replacing the timing belt this weekend, help

    does anyone have a good procedure to do this?? how do i know the #1 cylinders at top dead center and how do i go about doing it? how do i not screw up the timing?? should i replace the water pump at the same time??? im sure a bentley manual could tell me all but i dont got one yet. your replaies are greatly appreciated!!!!

    Try this

    It's a pretty good tutorial for the M20.
    Also change your H20 pump and Tstat while you're in there. May as well do your V belt too.
