Ok, first, it certianly looks a lot like a thermostat, and its got an electronic pin dealio, so logic would tell me its an electronic thermostat. Makes sense right? Ok, maybe it is. Problem solved? Not quite..
Over the past couple months and several partial days of screwing around :drink: swapping one M42 into another car with a busted one, we've (Myself and Cary for the most part) have managed to lose track of most parts and where they go.
Its not all my fault!
Does anybody have any pictures of where exactly it is located, where the hoses connect to other hoses, and most stumping of all, where the hell the wires are they plug into it??? We've basically used up all of the plugs that come out of that giant junction box, unless there's one hidden somewhere that we cannot see.
On to the picture..
One more. Does anybody have any decent pictures of where the maze of hoses and shit goes that is directly under the middle of the intake manifold? This cluster includes that 180 degree metal pipe and goes off in some odd different crazy looking branches and what not.
