    Help with aux fan please

I want to be able to flip my aux fan on high with a switch. I am brain dead with electronics so with these three conectors what do i need to do. Top goes into the radiator and the the plug is the plug from the harness to the fan.

the red wire is high speed, either cut and put a switch in line and it will only work with the switch on. or you can run a switched power with a relay and tee into the red wire with a diode. this way the fan will work as usual. or you can manually turn it on, the diode stops backfeed to either circuit.

I bought a foglight swithc 20 ft of wire, wire mold, and female connections. took out my fader knob and wired that bitch right there. ran the wire through the firewall behind the clutch pedal and wired it up. Why do you wanna do this anyway?

Sometimes while i am sitting in stop and go in 100+ temp I see the needle running high and i know AC is out of the question while doing this. It might be a whole diff thing with my s50 and matchign ac comp but I still want to be able to switch the high on if i want. Pretty much the main reason i want this is to feel more safe while running AC.

How about by-passing the resistor, this way any time the fan comes on it comes on at high speed, even with the a/c??

or did you still want to have it on low speed?
