    Loosening Rusty Bolts

The bolt connecting the rear stabilizer bar to the rear trailing arm is rusted good. I've used pb blaster, whacked at with a hammer and chisel, and using all my strenght with a wrench to try and break it loose. I was thinking of using a torch to heat it up, then let it cool down a bit before I try and turn it again. Will this work, or would I run too great of a risk of burning surrounding parts? Any other advice on loosening rusty bolts would be great.
