CLEAN place to get switched power from

I want to add a small fuse block under the dash for some low wattage accessories (dashcam etc). I am planning on adding a relay to switch power based on the ignition switch.

I'm looking for a non-invasive place to grab switched power. That means no cutting wires or vampire tapping. Is there a good spot anywhere in the fuse box or under the dash?

There's an aux fuse box next to the main fuse box with one switched and one constant 12v.
