If you keep killing fuel pumps then I imagine that there is either an immense amount of dirt in your fuel tank or an obstruction in your lines somewhere. Both are possible as well, although I imagine that you have an obstruction forward of the filter (or on the return side) if the pump is struggling to pass fuel.

Or maybe you're just buying cheap fuel pumps?

Do you run the car low on fuel very often? These pumps rely on fuel to lubricate and cool the pump, if you run it low on fuel and it starts sucking air it will kill the pump very quickly. Also if the pickup screen is sitting on the bottom of the tank and/or the screen is partially clogged you will cavitate the pump and do the same damage.

Are they truly dieing or you keep replacing when they make noise? Bosch OE?

Most likely sediment at the bottom of your fuel tank. I have seen E30's that had up to about a half inch of sand/silt material sitting where the fuel pump sits; not because someone put sand in your fuel tank but because 30 years of accumulation likes to add up.
