RH Door Leaks like a Sieve

After it chucked it down yesterday morning I went to find this in my driver side footwell.
I found some information about vapour seals but everything else seems to be about sunroof drainage - mines a slicktop!

Door seals feel wetter on this RH side and the underneath of the door also seems noticeably whetter. I looked a bit like it was coming from inside the door but it was hard to tell.

Take a look at the weatherstripping rubber piece against the glass. If it does not have a good seal, it will let water in.
