Noticed a puddle of fuel underneath my car, it appears it is coming from the bottom of the gas tank. I have included a video of the leak. What do you guys think would be the easiest way to repair the leak? I was thinking of possibly using JB Weld.

If the crossover pipe is leaking like that you'll need to remove the tank and either have it welded or preferably replaced. JB Weld, at least the normal stuff isn't fuel resistant. There are some products out there that claim to work in that sort of situation, but they are temporary repairs at best.
