Did they send me the wrong fan clutch??

here are pictures of my fan cluthes. the existing one still has the fan on it. the new one was an imperial one i ordered from kragen as was recommended by a user on here.

they had to have sent me the wrong one. even though the part # on the box matches the part # on the page i ordered it from.

the hub is wrong from what I know. Does it screw off?

no it does not screw off. bah this sucks. now i need to wait another week to drive this thing.

they are paying for $35 fed ex for me, those idiots. spend more in shipping the proper part than they would just using better quality control.

so what exactly happened?
They sent me a 4 bolt, smaller version

the 3 bolt, larger version is the one I need and it's over $200 (this is for an e34)

So what I'm wondering is what you had to say to get the right bolt pattern/size at the same price? Or was that not even the problem?
