    Clutch Hydraulics question...

I just replaced the clutch master and slave cylinders. The system has no fluid in it yet (the engine and tranny are out). Is it normal with a dry, unbled system to have the clutch pedal when depressed go over center and stick to the floor?

It is normal, there is an assisting spring that will hold it down when there is no return clutch pressure.

Thanks whodwho...it will be awhile before the system is bled. I hope to get the engine bits back from the machine shop in a week or so. I'm going through every system in the car...new or rebuilt parts.
