No low beam and Windows not working

Long story short I put a new motor in my e30 and went to turn it on I'm not getting any crank so I go to roll my windows. Down they don't want to roll down So I start checking everything and my low beams don't work either but the high beams do...

Check to make sure that you have all the ground cables connected clean and tight before anything else.

The grounds for the harness are on the manifold correct and the ground strap from oil pan and chassis correct?

G100 in trunk behind battery / right front shock tower(with battery in engine compartment)


G102 on top rear of engine (4 cyl only )


G103 right front shock tower (2.5i engine only)/left side of engine block above starter (2.7e only)


G104 on front fender behind head lights


G200 under instrument panel, above brake pedal


G201 on steering column


G300 under left side of rear seat bottom


G301 in trunk


G600 in windshield header


Also, Bentley Section 15-61 describes the locations of all the electrical connections & grounds.

For 103 where would that be above starter because I don't see a ground strap there, I do have a ground strap from the driver side by the light that goes to the oil pan
