318i/s Fuel sender resistance Empty to Full - Custom gauges

Ok, this is not for my E30 if you're wondering, its for my 2002 with an M20 swap. At this point I am planning to use a 90-91 318i/s fuel pump and sender to feed it. Less BAR perhaps, but it has been used before and worked fine, so if I run into a problem with it i can always swap out the main pump portion and install a Walbro high pressure pump. Enough with that though.

Does anybody know, or have an extra of to test, or want to help me find the info as to what the fuel sender ohm resistance is between empty and full? The gauge I am looking at wants a resistance of 240ohms when the tank is empty, and 33 when it is full. Any chance in hell thats going to work? Maybe any other senders that would fit, or can be modified to fit the pump that would better suit those numbers? KInd of a stretch, but I am trying to gather any info I can at this point.

I'm at a loss, until I get a sender of my own. Help me out :D

Nevermind, I think. I looked at a tank and there is a wide open space that I can mount the autometer specific fuel sender by drilling another hole and putting it down that (Tank is going to be restored anyway, so there wont be any issue with metal shavings ;)). I don't recall it, but I assume mine is the same. Kinda ghetto, but it will read the tank properly. Suppose I wont be needing a very functional fuel sender though then :) Just something to plug up the gaping hole at the top of the pump.
