Are all these new parts going to fit properly?

Hey, Im new to this forum :) Hopefully I'll be sticking around.

    Well on to my question.

I have an 89 325i and im looking into getting some new wheels and suspension. Im considering getting the H&R Cup kit and a set of 17x7.5 ATS type 10's ( http://www.winstonsarea51.com/atstype10.html ) most likely with 215/40's. Im pretty sure these wheels have about 40mm offset so that means I would need to get 20mm wheel spacers right? But my main concern is how well these wheels will fit after my car is slammed 2 inches by the cup kit. Is it for certain that I will need to mod my wheel well or will I beable to get away with out doing any modification.

This is my first car so im comepletely new to this whole scene. so any advice from peopel with similar setups would be much appreciated. Also, I'll be doing all the work myself. I heard from a friend that changing the suspension might be alittle tricky and screw up the allignment. Is this true?

Also if anyone knows where to get some 17x7 or 7.5's (if they even come in that size) MM11-2's I'd much rather get those then the type 10's. But I havnt had any luck at all finding those for sale any where.

    Thanks

    Sean

After you change your suspension, you will need an alignment. Almost any time you do something related to suspension, it will need an alignment. As soon as you drop your car, take it to get aligned, and then you don't have to worry about it. If you don't get it aligned, your car might eat through tires within a couple months.

That being said, I'm prtety sure the wheels will fit. You might need to roll the fenders, but who cares. I doubt that you'll be rubbing anything on the inside of the wheelwell though.
